Budget Codes

Purpose

Budget codes are designed to identify the type of project funding, whether capital or revenue, for reporting purposes. There is also an annual budget or target figure which may be used by the reports.

Item	Database Item	Description
Code	budget_code	A short code to identify the record
Meaning	block_name	A description for the record.
Available for use?	avail_for_use	Un-tick this checkbox if you no longer wish the code to appear in lookups
