Can't See Workflow Option

If you can’t see the Workflow option on your menu, then see your Workflow administrator and ask them to check the following:

 

•        If other users also can’t see Workflow then the probability is the registration details are either incorrect or a temporary registration has expired. Check the Workflow Registration details using the Enter Registration Code option under the main System Administration menu in Timemaster Windows.

If other users can use workflow, then the problem is likely to be one of access. There are two places to check access permissions:
oCheck the Project Workflow Actions permission for the login group the problematic user belongs to (Under System Administration in Timemaster Windows)
oCheck the Include in Workflow User Count checkbox is checked on the problematic user’s login record (Under System Administration in Timemaster Windows)
