Login Groups

 

Purpose

Login Groups are groups of users who have similar requirements in their access rights to functions within Timemaster. A login group should be created for each level of access required.

 

Operation

To create a new login group, click the New button.

To edit or delete login group details, select the appropriate option from the in-line menu for the row you wish to edit.

 

Additional Information

 

An example of login groups would be:

Timesheet users

Line Managers

Project Managers

Timesheet Administrators

 

System administrators do not need to belong to groups, they have full access to all functions automatically.
