Send Notification for an Action
To send a notification (email) associated with an action; click the Send Notification (shown above) option from the right-click menu.
PurposeThis option sends an email on an ad-hoc basis to selected users.
OperationA list of all project and service leaders involved in the project is shown, with a checkbox alongside each one. To add a new person, click the Add button and select a member of staff from the browse dialog. An email will be sent to all checked staff members.
