Task Types

Purpose

Task types are a user-definable field for the purpose of grouping tasks together across projects. Using the task types you could request a report of all costs by task type, irrespective of the project they are attached to.

NOTE: The following fields are all stored in the TASKTYPES database table.

Item	Database Item	Description
Task Type	task_type	A short code to identify the record
Meaning	task_type_meaning	A description for the record.
Available for use?	task_type_meaning	Un-tick this checkbox if you no longer wish the code to appear in lookups
