Timecard Deductions

Click the Deductions button on the timecard to make a deduction

Purpose

Deductions allow you to quickly make a daily deduction from your flexi credit. Using this option you may only decrease your flexi balance, not increase it.

This is typically used to make a deduction for smoking breaks or an allowance for personal phone calls.

Depending on your access rights you may not have this function.

Deductions are always self-certified and never require approval or verification.

Operation

Enter the number of hours to be deducted in HH:MM format, and a reason against each day.
