Timesheet / Expense Entry Warning Flags
Purpose
Using this option it is possible to show a warning flag when staff enter their time or expenses to projects / tasks that meet certain warning criteria. These warning conditions are configured under the Setups > Control Codes > Control Parameters > Web Settings > Web Warn Flags screen within the main windows admin system.
The following warning conditions can be setup to show a warning flag when they are met:
• Booking time / expenses to a project or task that has it’s charge method set to Non Chargeable
| • | Booking time / expenses to project that does not have a client order number assigned to it. |
The main web timesheet / expense entry screens, and the project and task lookups used within them, show a warning flag column to highlight these warnings to staff members should these conditions be met.
By floating over the warning flag in any screens you can see the condition(s) that have caused the warning to be shown.
