Reports Troubleshooting

Q:

I don't have the option to Run a Report from the reports menu.

A:

Your Timemaster Web application has not been configured correctly. Please liaise with the person responsible for administering your Timemaster Web application as they will need to check the settings on the Crystal Reports tab page on the Configure Timemaster Web application.

Q:

My reports won't display (via Reports > Run a Report)

A:

When you click the Preview button the application launches a pop-up window. Your browser may be configured to prevent pop-up windows from being displayed.
