Purpose
Ward codes provide a mechanism of linking a project to a specific ward or parish (or their equivalent for non English organisations). This is useful when the Web Enquiry module is used to provide on-line access to Councillors and other third party organisations to the Timemaster database over the web as you may wish to limit them to accessing projects in their area only.
