Write-Off Summary

Location:

Reports > Project Reports > Write-Off Summary (lists all projects with write off records between twp specified dates).

Project Listing > Reports >  Write-Off Summary (list is filtered by selected project).

WIP List >  Write-Off Summary (list is filtered by selected project showing all write off records up to the WIP List's effective date).

Access Right:

Reports > Project Enquiries > Write-Off Summary

 

Purpose

Each time a write-off occurs the user is asked for a write off reason. The Write-Off Summary report shows a summary of the write-offs between two specified dates. Write-offs are split into two columns; fees (time) and expenses.

If more than one write-off reason has occurred the Reason column will show 'Various...'

 

Operation

The user may drill down (double click) into a summary line to reveal the underlying details for each write-off.
