Project Values

Note NOTE: This option is only visible if the Control Parameters > Fees and Targets tab page > Enable entry of construction related project value and fee calculations option is ticked.

Navigation:

Project Listing grid > btnGridMenu > Project Edit > Edit Project Values

Access Right:

Projects Related Functions > Project Listing AND

Project Related Functions > Project Editing Functions > Project Value.

 

Purpose

This option allows the construction value for a project to be edited. For organisations involved in construction related projects, the construction value is important because fee income is often related to the value of the project. Even for lump sum project it is an important indicator as to the size of the project.

 

Data Entry

Note NOTE: The narrative used for each of these stages can be altered via Windows Application > Setups > Project Related Codes > Project Codes > Project Values tab page.

The Project Values page allows a number of project values to be entered which correspond to the various stages within a project. The "latest project value" is always set to the last non-zero value.
