Deleting Tasks

Navigation:

Project Targets grid > btnGridMenu > Delete Task button OR

Project Fees grid > btnGridMenu > Delete Task button

Access Right:

Project Related Functions > Project Management Functions > Create Task OR

Project Related Functions > Project Management Functions > Edit Task

 

Purpose

The delete option allows you to delete unused tasks from the project.

 

Operation

Note NOTE: A task may only be deleted if it does not have any time or expense costs associated with it, and it has not been invoiced on a lump sum fee basis.

 

To delete a task:

1.Click the btnGridMenu button on the task you would like to delete

2.Select Delete Task.
