Forgotten Password

Purpose

The Forgotten Password link allows you to reset your password by entering your user name, email address and password reset answer.

You can only use the forgotten password option if you have created a password reset question and answer. These are created within the Amend My Details option under the Home Menu.

Operation

To reset your password:

1.Click the Forgotten Password link on the login page.

2.Enter your user name and email address and click the Verify button.

3.The details will be verified against those held in the Timemaster database.

4.Enter the answer to your password reset question.

5.Enter the code displayed on the screen.

6.Click the Send button.

If all the above details are verified successfully, you will be prompted to enter a new password, as described in How to Change your Password
