Task Lookup

 

Purpose

The Task Lookup provides the user with a means of selecting a task from a defined list.

Note NOTE: This is only applicable if you have the Project Maintenance functionality installed. It will also only show if the project selected is set up to use tasks. Click here for more details.

 

Additional Information

Note NOTE: There are additional customisation options for this grid in the Project and Task lookups section of your Timesheet Options.

 

If you are a multi-discipline organisation (with more than one service defined) you can limit this list to only show tasks linked to your Primary Service. This will reduce the list of tasks displayed and can be set via the btnInclude button.

Please be aware that the tasks shown are specific to the project you have already selected.

If you can't find the task you are looking for please contact your Timemaster administrator for assistance.
