User Fields

This topic relates specifically to setting up user defined field so that they can be populated by users.

For information on populating these fields once they have been set up please refer to Related Topics at the foot of this article.

Purpose

Additional user-defined fields may be added allowing you to extend the Timemaster database to include new fields of your choice.

User fields may be added to Staff or Project Records and can contain free .

The following a a few examples of how user fields can be used;-

User Field Type	Example
Staff	Car Park Pass No, Date of Birth, Next of Kin etc.
Projects	Third Party Organisations, Project Flags, Notes etc.
