Activity Lookup

Purpose

The Activity Lookup provides the user with a means of selecting an activity from a defined list.

It is only applicable to recording activities on your timesheet and is only an option if you have the 'Show Activities on Timesheet' option ticked on your Timesheet Options.

Additional Information

The activities shown in the activity lookup are restricted to your service.

They may also be restricted depending on the project and task you have selected. For more details on setting projects to use activities refer to Edit Project Settings. For details on setting tasks up to use activities refer to Edit Task Definition.
