Manage Project User Favourites

 

Purpose

Provides a means of adding a specific project to the favourites list of one or more users.

 

Additional Information

TIPTIP: If you only see your favourites projects check the settings you have set on the btnInclude button - this may be set to only include My Favourites.

 

Operation

1.Select the project you would like to add/remove from your favourites list.

2.Click btnGridMenu > Project Edit > Manage User Favourites

3.Select Add Project to Login Users Favourite Projects (to add the project to user(s) lists) or Remove Project from Login Users Favourite Projects (to remove them).

4.The list of users will refresh automatically.

5.Select the user(s) you want to add/remove the projects from.

6.Click the Save or Apply button,

 

Note NOTE: This is more of an administration function. Users can, if given the correct access right, add projects to their own favourites list via their Timesheet or Adding & Removing Projects in your Favourites.
