Expense Options

NOTE: This option is only enabled if the Access Right > Staff Expenses Related Functions > Staff Expenses Entry > Disable Expense Options in Timesheet Options is NOT ticked.

Expense Options
Show journey details on the mileage sheet	Includes ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields to be filled in on the mileage sheet
Show number of passengers on the mileage sheet	Includes ‘Number of passengers’ and ‘Passenger name’ fields to be filled in on the mileage sheet
Show currency column on the expense sheet	If this is ticked the currency column is shown on the expense sheet.
