Expense Options

Purpose

Allows the user to set their expense options.

Additional Information

These settings can be set by either the user (if they have the Timesheet Options access right assigned) or controlled centrally by the Timemaster administrator (via the Windows Application > System Administration > Allocate User Timesheet Options).

Option	Description
Show journey details on the mileage sheet	Includes ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields to be filled in on the mileage sheet
Show number of passengers on the mileage sheet	Includes ‘Number of passengers’ and ‘Passenger name’ fields to be filled in on the mileage sheet
Show currency column on the expense sheet	If this is ticked the currency column is shown on the expense sheet.
