Staff Skills

Purpose

This page contains information of the skills that the staff member has. Skills are used when searching for availability of staff to undertake a specific function within the resource planning module.

Data Entry

To create a new skill against this staff member, click the New button.

To edit or delete existing skill details, select the appropriate option from the in-line menu for the row you wish to edit.

Option	Description
Skill Code	Defines the skill code allocated to the person
Date Appraised	Date of appraisal (optional)
Level	The skill level
Notes	Any additional notes to describe the skillset
